GrowTap Help
Getting started with GrowTap
A simple setup guide for nail salon owners. Follow these steps to create your salon, publish your booking link, print your QR stand, and run your Today Board.
Step 1
Create your salon
Add the basic profile customers will see on your public pages.
Enter your salon name, phone, address, and timezone.
GrowTap creates your salon workspace and generates a clean public slug.
After creation, you can continue setup from the owner workspace.

Step 2
Add your services
Create the services customers can choose when booking online.
Add service names such as Gel Manicure, Pedicure, Dip Powder, or Nail Art.
Use categories to keep long service menus easy to scan.
Set simple prices and durations so booking estimates work correctly.

Step 3
Add your technicians
Tell GrowTap who can be booked and which services each person can perform.
Add each technician by name.
Select the services they can perform.
Use salon business hours by default, or customize hours later when needed.

Step 4
Set business hours
Business hours control which days and times customers can choose.
Start with the default weekly schedule.
Close days that your salon does not accept appointments.
Keep the timezone accurate so appointments show at the right local time.
Step 5
Open your booking page
Preview the public booking page customers will use on their phones.
Your booking page uses your salon slug, not an internal database ID.
Customers enter phone, name, date, time, group size, and services.
They can choose Any Tech or pick an available technician per service.
Step 6
Copy booking link to Google Business Profile
Use GrowTap as your Google Book Online link.
Copy your public booking URL from the salon dashboard.
Paste it into the appointment or booking link field in Google Business Profile.
Customers can then book directly from Google Search and Maps.
Step 7
Print QR stand
Create a front desk stand for booking, reviews, and social follows.
Go to the salon dashboard Public Links section.
Click Download Stand Print.
Print the PDF and place it near checkout or the front desk.

Step 8
Collect reviews
Send customers to a simple review page after their visit.
Use the salon review page or NFC review link.
Share it by text, QR code, or front desk stand.
Check the owner dashboard for recent review activity.
Step 9
Use Today Board
Run the front desk with a live salon scheduling board.
Open Today Board on the salon front desk computer.
Add appointments, assign technicians, and manage unassigned bookings.
Use the board throughout the day for a fast visual schedule.
